1:35 Trying not to wake up M. Gave up on colouring. Just trying to ink to 20. No idea if I have a story any more.

Looks like I was experiencing some doubt in the depths of night. Wait a minute, 1:35? That isn't even that late. I had been up pretty early Saturday morning.

I guess it was the phrase Beehive of the Universe that brought me to the bees. I was still choosing my titles/direction from the Sculpture magazine, fighting sleep and drunkenness to count in 17 words or phrases into the article. I enjoy bees and honey, visually and they also have this.. force to them that keeps me coming back. We also had regular run-ins with bees on the farm where I lived in Manitoba. And they also figure into some of the work of Joseph Beuys, whose name on the cover of the Sculpture magazine lured me to buy it.
